Finding a Particular Product
You can search for products using 3 different methods:
- By part # using the "SEARCH" box to the left, following by clicking "SEARCH".
- Drill-down to a product by clicking a category link to the left, followed by narrowing down each sub-category until you find the product you're looking for.
- Drill-down to a product by clicking the "products" button above (this method includes pictures for all of the categories on the left to help you make a visual connection to the product type), followed by narrowing down each sub-category until you find the product you're looking for.
Completing an Order
When you add item(s) to your shopping cart, the total appears at the top of the page, as well as on the Shopping Cart page. To checkout and complete your order, click "Checkout" on the Cart page. You will then be given 3 final steps before your order is complete:
- Enter your billing and shipping information
- Add your credit card information / confirm your order details / submit your order
- Order complete / print your order
How Shipping is Calculated
We ship most of our products using UPS, however, for orders whose total weight exceeds 150 lbs, we look for the fastest and most economical method for shipping. We will notify you of the shipping cost BEFORE your credit card is processed. If you need your order shipped outside the US, please contact us to speak with one of our representatives.
